In the shop

To be able to collect cashback from our local partners, simply enter your payment method once in the poinz app: credit card, Maestro card, debit card, Twint or Apple/Google Pay. Your data is encrypted, secure and PCI-compliant and stored by our partner "Worldline". poinz has no access to your data at any time. You are ready. From now on, pay as usual with your payment cards at the payment terminal of the Swiss Loyalty Partner and the cashback will be automatically credited to you in the poinz app.

Online

You want to shop online? Open the poinz app and select the partner you want to shop with on the "Swiss Loyalty" screen. You now leave the poinz app and land directly in the partner's online shop. You can now shop as normal and your cashback will be automatically credited to you in the poinz app after checkout. We have already activated over 100 online shops for you

Step by Step Guide to Collecting Cashback Locally

It's easy to store your means of payment in the poinz app:

1. credit cards and debit cards

Under Swiss Loyalty, you can simply deposit your cards by entering your name and credit card number.

2. Maestro cards, Twint, Apple/Google Pay

For these means of payment, you need one more step. Visit a Swiss Loyalty Partner shop and pay with the payment method you want to deposit. After the payment, you can deposit the payment method in the poinz app by entering some details from the receipt. This step only needs to be done once. You can find detailed information in our FAQs.

3. transaction history

You can see your transactions including cashback credit directly in the poinz app.
